Hello everyone!

I found out about ZAADZ through What Is Enlightenment? magazine. I am a student of Andrew Cohen, who is a radical 21st century spiritual teacher who I came across about 5 years ago.  (He's coming to New York on April 26 - if consciousness and the creation of a new culture based on the values discovered in our spiritual experiences are your thing, you just need to be there!  because you are NEEDED! ) Here's a short video of him from a 10 day retreat he just led up in Mass…

Andrew Cohen's whole inquiry into what the purpose of spiritual seeking and spiritual revelation is totally thrilled me…that maybe having “enlightened” expereinces was not the goal but just the start…that it was an indictator of a higher consciousness that we were then all responsible for manifesting.  And what kind of world would that be like?  It would have to be so incredible and would seemingly address all of the world's myriad of problems. And what an evolved, truly free woman look like?  How is the evolution of consciousness directly related to evolving and liberating women and woman's consciousness? So now I am working for the organization Cohen founded, EnlightenNext, here in New York.  It is very exciting because we are now embarking upon a  project which is called The Universe Project!!     Feel free to join…it gets more and more exciting every day and there are free teleconference calls every Thursday @ 9 that are fantastic.

I moved to here about 6 years ago from L.A. where I learned and performed improv and sketch comedy with The Groundlings. I now teach improv out here at the school I started, IMPROVOLUTION!, which I am experimenting with collective conscious creativity and positivity. I absolutely love teaching and performing improv - it's actually quite a spiritual teaching I have found. Working in tandem with the creative process with others to create something out of nothing.
I'm originally from St Louis, Missouri and graduated from UCLA with a major in Sociology and minor is Psychology.
I also freelance at Comedy Central and occasionaly act in commercials.  (So far, nothing too embarrassing…)
